At Velvet Noir, your privacy, comfort, and safety are extremely important to us. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Intimate Products 

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, adult intimate products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the original packaging or protective seal has been opened, broken, removed, or tampered with. 

This includes products that have been opened but not used. 

Incorrect Item Received 

If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact Velvet Noir customer service as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return or replacement: 

Once the incorrect item is verified, Velvet Noir will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide an appropriate refund. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue. 

Depending on the circumstances, Velvet Noir may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. 

Change of Mind

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong item, or no longer wants the product after opening the package. 

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, features, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.

Please do not send an intimate product back to Velvet Noir without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
